New Looks for Fall!
What are the new looks for Fall 2003? While smoky
eyes are the perennial fall favorite, this year's eyes are much softer. You'll see
romantic lids draped with deep greens, chocolate browns, and ripe plums. Lips will
be "all or nothing" with nude lips being as popular as deep, dark colors.
And, don't forget the cheeks! Cheeks for fall are flushed, but natural - powders
are out while stains, liquids, and cràmes are all the rage.
